What are the shipping costs?

Dentalab Co. (part of TVT Trading B.V.) covers the shipping costs for all orders.

The shipping costs for returning your item are at your own expense.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, we ship all items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page; you will receive the link via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace status becomes available.

What are the delivery times?

Dentalab Co. (part of TVT Trading B.V.) strives to deliver products as quickly as possible. If you place an order before 9:00 PM on business days, we aim to process your order the same day. The estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days.

What happens if I am not home during delivery?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a post office. You will receive a notification from the courier, including the pickup location details. After 7 days, the post office will return the shipment to our warehouse.
